The one thing that freaks me out is the fact that you have a Weavile that's holding a Lum berry. It should have a Focus Sash.

Not really, Weavile will use that Lum Berry to pull of a SD against something like a Blissey, get T-waved get the boost and proceed to sweep. It is irrelevant to have a Sash anyways, only a lead should have it.

That's a pretty good team Blue, some suggestions will be to give the Crobat leftovers and for the Skarm give an attack such as Brave Bird or Drill Peck instead of Toxic, you would always want a attacking move on a pokemon.

Get rid of Hypnosis on Gengar, you already have it on Crobat, give it another move, replace Wide Lens with Life Orb.

Give it Explosion, another option could be to give it Substitute with Leftovers instead of Life Orb.

If you can get Outrage on Salamence that would be great. But seeing as its a platinum move you might not have access to it.

Try Leftovers, Leftovers are better than Shell Bell in general.

Electivire @ Expert Belt
Adament; 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 6 HP
T-punch
I-punch
Cross Chop
E-quake

Cross Chop and Earthquake will hit mostly the same opponents (unless you're trying to hit both Normal and Electric pokemon super effective). You can try Thunderbolt for Skarmory and Gyarados or you can put on Rock Slide.

Skarmory @ leftovers
Impish; 252 HP, 100 Spe, 156 Def
Roost
Stealth rock
Spikes
toxic

IMO lose Spikes for Brave Bird.
What are you trying to out speed? If you got the EVs of a site remember most assume 31 IVs in every stat for every pokemon.

Gengar @ Wide lens
Levitate
Timid; 252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4 HP
Hypnosis
Foucus Blast
T-bolt
Shadow Ball

Substitute over Hypnosis and a Life orb or Energy Ball/ Hidden Power Ice over Hypnosis and a Choice Scarf/ Choice Specs.

Weavile @ lum berry
Jolly; 40 HP, 252 Atk, 216 Spe
Sword dance
I-punch
Brick Break
Night Slash

Not bad, but once again what will your speed be at level 100 and what are you trying to out speed?

Salamence @ Life orb
Adament; 120 HP, 252 Atk, 136 Spe
Dragon dance
Dragon Claw
Fire Blast
E-quake

Looks good, but what are your Speed IVs?

Comments in red.

Much better than the last team you posted, however you stated you where not breeding IVs, just moves and nature so you'll have to be careful with your speed, other than that you need to tweek your move pool a little and find something that can take Special attacks.

7/10.

Easily beat by lead Taunters. You should have Earthquake or Gyro Ball replace Spikes.

Lucario/Inner Focus
Timid/leftovers
unknown
calm mind
aura sphere
dragon pulse
iron defense

Iron Defense on a Calm Mind sweeper? I know it sounds like a good idea, but it's not that good. You should replace it with Dark Pulse or Shadow Ball.

Leafeon/leaf guard
Jolly/leftovers
unknown
leaf blade
swords dance
synthesis
baton pass

With 1 attack, it's going to be extremely hard to beat many pokemon. Replace Synthesis with Aerial Ace. It's going to be easily walled by Heatran, so you might as well get rid of Baton Pass since Heatran is always faster.

Electivire/Motor Drive
Adamant/life orb
unknown
thunder punch
ice punch
cross chop
earthquake

Cross Chop and Earthquake hit many of the same types. Replace Cross Chop with Flamethrower. Even though its Sp. Attack may be bad, 4x weakness to a Forretress and catching Skarmorys off guard can mean a lot.

Cresselia/levitate
Bold/leftovers
unknown
ice beam
calm mind
moonlight
thunder wave

Another 1 move pokemon. If you think Forretress might be able to pull off a Reflect, then get rid of T-Wave and replace it with Psychic.

Dragonite/Inner Focus
Adamant/Yache Berry
unknown
dragon dance
outrage
fire punch
aqua tail

It's okay. Not great, not bad, but okay. You should replace Aqua Tail with Earthquake or replace Fire Punch with Fire Blast to toast Skarmory and Forretress who think they can wall you.
